Breanna Sisk, Ed.S., LPC

Breanna Sisk is a Licensed Professional Counselor serving Northeast Arkansas. Breanna graduated from Arkansas State University in 2014 with an ED.S. degree in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling after teaching for several years in the public school system. Her motivation to leave educating and help others in more areas of life arose from students spending lunch breaks with her, wanting to talk about struggles affecting their daily lives. Since then, Breanna has served in outpatient, school-based, and
supervisory settings over the course of her counseling career.

Breanna is Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy certified (TF-CBT), extensively experienced with a variety of methods to aid individuals and families in coping, and has a Technology-Assisted
Specialization for clients not within driving distance.

Utilizing these methods to maximize treatment effectiveness, Breanna specializes in treating teens and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, LGBTQ+, interpersonal relationships, and self-esteem concerns. Breanna will also be acquiring extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to expand her skill set in providing evidence-based practice.

Breanna’s practice aims to provide an individualized, empowering, and effective treatment to assist clients on the path they choose or wish to choose for themselves. She takes a caring, accepting, and
person-centered approach to helping others heal and solve the problems life has thrown their way. Her favorite therapy quote: “You don’t always have control in life, but you always have choices!”

If you or a loved one are struggling and need support healing from your past, making choices, or connecting with others, come see me. You don’t have to do it alone!

Meet Karrah, one of our therapists on site at our Paragould office location.

Karrah Seitz is a Licensed Professional Counselor serving Northeast Arkansas. Karrah graduated from Arkansas State University in 2014 with an ED.S. degree in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling. Karrah has served in outpatient, school-based, private practice, and supervisory settings over her career.

Karrah is Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy certified (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy certified (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained, and has a Technology-Assisted Specialization for clients not within driving distance.

Utilizing these methods to maximize treatment effectiveness, Karrah specializes in treating teens and young adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and body image and self-esteem concerns.

Karrah’s practice aims to provide an individualized, holistic, and effective treatment to assist clients on the path they wish to be on. Her approach, while person-centered, can best be explained using the two-mountain metaphor: you’re on your own mountain and I’m on mine. We are both trekking along. As I’m on my own mountain, I can see things happening on your mountain that you can’t see, such as an easier alternate route, or an upcoming unpassable river, and can help guide you. There are things you can see from your perspective that I cannot see that you’ll need to tell me about. Make no mistake - I’m not on the top of my mountain looking down. I am still climbing mine, too. However, through working together we can get better and more fully appreciate the journey.
